No International Shipping until 12/1/2025.

US CUSTOMERS

All in store sales are final.
All product orders are non-refundable if opened.
All digital products eBooks & online training courses are non refundable.
Minimum spend is $75 for free shipping unless promotional offer for less.
Please note that our website offers multi currency. To qualify for free shipping, your order subtotal must be over the equivalent USD qualifying amount for your location. You can still checkout in your local currency, of course.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is important to note that delivery times in the checkout are estimates only. BBB is not responsible for late deliveries caused by any shipping agencies. We recommend using Fedex or UPS if your shipment is time sensitive.

IMPORTANT: BBB will not responsible for any orders stolen, unclaimed, or sent to an incorrect shipping address. Any order that reads confirmed "Delivered" by postal services will be considered as delivered. Please ensure that you input a safe, secure, and correct shipping address listed at the time of checkout. Please wait 72 hours to contact us after your package is marked delivered if you haven't received it. Please understand that it is not our responsibility if your order is stolen or not claimed by you to replace the order under our terms. We ship all eyelash extensions, application tools and after care products by USPS (United States Postal Service), Fedex Priority, and UPS. All Shipping methods have a processing and handling time of 3-5 business days before shipping out as standard. Options for express shipping are available. USPS Express and Fedex ships same day if purchase is completed by 9:00am EST.

UPS DOMESTIC/Ground SHIPPING POLICY

Economy (STANDARD) – 3 to 5 business days.*
Priority – Priority – 2 to 3 business days.*
Express – Express – 1 to 2 business days.* (Purchase must be completed Monday through Friday by 9:00 AM EST.)
